Because our matches are custom made to order, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations once production has begun.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at support@afterglowmatches.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item(s) so we can review the issue.

Order Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests can only be honored if production has not yet started. Contact support@afterglowmatches.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel!
