How we design your matchbooks
However much design help you need, we are here to support. You can place an order and we'll guide you through the whole thing, or bring your own finished artwork using our dielines. Either way, nothing goes to print without your sign-off.
Step-by-step if you need design support
- You order — pick your product and quantity. No design required to check out.
- We reach out — if you're designing with us, we'll reach out within 24 hours to start the conversation. If you're uploading your own design, we'll run a print-readiness check within 24 hours.
- Whether you design with us or use your own tools, we only accept high-resolution PDF, AI, SVG, or EPS files with vector artwork. We use these files to ensure the highest quality printing possible.
- Once the design is finalized, we'll send a final proof for your approval.
- Once approved, your order is placed in the production queue and no further changes can be made.
What we need from you
Your brand colors, any logo files you have, and a sense of the occasion or inspiration — that's usually enough to start.
If you're uploading your own design, download the dieline for your product below and place your artwork as a layer on top of it in your vector file (PDF, AI, SVG, or EPS). All of our printing is done in CMYK, so please build your files in CMYK color mode.

Proof & approval
We will send a final proof for your confirmation before anything goes to print.
Please note
Due to distributor ID law, all orders require our domain name to be printed on the box. This is not able to be removed. We will ensure it is not placed in a prominent spot unless requested by the customer. We will add this text and ensure it is visible on the final dieline we share for approval.
